How much is the shipping?

Shipping is calculated based upon your address & the shipping option that you select.

How do you ship?

For all orders within the USA, we offer various shipping options via UPS. All the orders are insured for their values when shipped.

Delivery Times

The delivery times below are calculated starting from the day of shipping, if shipped before the UPS cutoff time and from next day, if shipped after the UPS cutoff time as per the Pacific time zone.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver® - for urgent deliveries. Supposed to arrive next business day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® - for expedited deliveries - Supposed to arrive in two business days
  • UPS® Ground - - for regular deliveries - Supposed to arrive within 1-5 business days

Adult Signature

We only ship with "Adult Signature on Delivery" service. Please make sure that either you or a reliable person is present to receive the shipment. In most cases, UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning to the shipper. When the driver is unable to leave your package, they will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. If signing the door tag is not possible because the shipper has requested an in-person, direct signature, you may request your package be held for pickup at your nearby UPS Office location.

What Should I do If a Box/Parcel Arrives Damaged?

Before signing to accept the parcel, please make sure that the parcel is intact without any rips or dents. If you suspect any evidence of damage to the package when you receive your parcel such as, dents or rips, please TAKE SOME PICTURES from all angles IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER WITH HIM IN THE PICTURE before opening it, as evidence. These can be helpful to prove any loss or damage caused to the product due to the negligence of the shipping company.
